Dispatch Time
Due to the handmade nature of my products, and not wanting to hold too much stock at one time, everything will be dispatched in 3 to 5 working days. Faster turnaround times can usually be arranged, please contact me here to discuss options.

Shipping
Shipping costs have gone up a lot recently, therefore I have had to adjust accordingly. I ship everything larger than a single card or decoration as a small parcel to give them the packaging care it needs to arrive safely.
There is a choice of first or second class post, and express options can be discussed if needed. Drop me a message on the contact page to find out more.Please note there is no tracking information on standard first class or second class postage once the item is posted.

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery, in the condition they were delivered.I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order once it has arrived.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Earrings that have been worn (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages
If your jewellery arrives damaged, I am so sorry! But all is not lost, I offer a free repair service. Simply contact me here with a photo of the damage and I will arrange a collection. I will then repair it as quickly as I can and send it back to you at no extra cost.
